Project management

Every project is supervised by a professional project manager. He/she is your interface in project processing (in technical, timeframe and commercial terms) right up to series release. Thereafter our order managers are responsible for series deliveries. Through the project manager you can keep track of the project, and submit change requests even when the project is already under way.
 

Quality management

Quality managers, who are in organizational terms independent of development work, ensure in the project that the agreed quality targets are attained and that the agreed development processes are put into practice. In regular project audits and by participating in reviews they assure a high level of quality in technical project processing. The quality managers also ensure that the development results at the end of the project reflect the required standard of quality. They are also your contacts in matters of quality assurance.
